At ISO Flock, the application of the flock fibre takes place in self developed constructions. The flock fibre is statically charged and then shot onto the carrier material prepared with gluten e.g. glove compartments, shelves, etc.) and permeates into the gluten.
In general, all material can be flocked if enough adhesion can be achieved . Material such as metal or plastics (ABS, PU) can be easily flocked. Other material s such as PP / EPDM must be prepared to reach ideal adhesion.. |
